Air Scrubber - 3 Stage Filtration - 930m³/h Airflow
The Rutlands® air scrubber with 3 stage filtration delivers the highest standard of air quality, removing deadly unseen dust, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odours and other harmful particles from the air whilst you work. Designed for trade professionals and workshop hobbyists alike, the air scrubber can be kept stationary or moved from room to room on site. Not only safeguarding lung health, the air scrubber will also reduce paint overspray, capturing stray airborne paint before it lands on finished surfaces. Deploy the Rutlands® air scrubber to drastically reduce clean-up time and leave a clean, professional impression, and a safer home for your customers.
Providing up to 930m³/h of variable airflow, the air scrubber performs up to 23 air changes an hour based on a 40m³ room. Powered by a whisper quiet, energy-efficient motor, the unit is ideal for residential or industrial applications including painting and home renovation, woodworking, construction, fire and flood damage restoration or mould remediation.
The three stage filtration system begins with a MERV 10 pre-filter, capturing over 85% of airborne particles from 3.0-10.0 microns, including dust, mould spores and allergens. Next is an activated carbon filter, effectively removing odours and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air, essential when working with paints, lacquers, varnishes and paint strippers, all of which carry short and long-term adverse health effects through exposure. These dangerous compounds exist in the air long after the job is done, making the air scrubber essential for maintaining a safe working environment. Finally, a medical-grade H13 HEPA filter removes at least 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including toxic dust, respirable crystalline silica, asbestos, smoke, bacteria and viruses.
Handling the maintenance for you, the Rutlands® air scrubber counts the accumulated running time and alerts you visually and audibly at 2000 hours that it’s time to change the filters. The air scrubber can be operated vertically or horizontally, and the 215mm outlet can be connected to an optional 3m flexible ducting (sold separately) to take the exhaust out of a sealed, negative pressure room. The auxiliary socket provides a power source for tools or can be used to ‘daisy chain’ up to 3 air scrubbers together for large-scale air cleaning. Weighing just over 15kg, and fitted with a foldable carry handle, the air scrubber is easy for one person to transport comfortably. ©
