Anvils have been around for centuries, yet they continue to be one of the most useful tools in the workshop. This anvil has been precision machined from grey cast iron castings to give a large flat working surface which is ideal for metal forming, riveting or general metal work. The surface features a 90° angle which you can use to shape your stock. The long tapering horn also provides varying radii when you need to bend your stock.

The size of the anvil should be proportional to the work and the hammer used to perform that work. This 5kg anvil is perfectly sized for smaller applications in the home or professional workshop. The anvil has been epoxy powder coated to ensure they are hard wearing and resistant to corrosion, the paint will not chip or scratch. There are four holes on the base of the anvil which allows permanent fixing to your workbench.
