The Rutlands® brushless random, palm and delta orbital sanders with M class dust extractor deliver dust-free sanding, capturing 99.9% of the dust for proven protection against harmful dust with an occupational exposure limit (OEL) greater than 0.1 mg/m³. Suitable for applications involving wood dust, MDF, fillers, gypsum, repair compounds, clear coats, silica dust and more, this extractor will improve air quality and safeguard lung health. 

Auto filter cleaning pulsates the extractor's HEPA filter every 20 seconds, shifting any accumulated dust to prevent clogging, prolong filter life and maintain maximum suction power. Auto start activates the dust extractor simultaneously with the sanders, running for a further 5 seconds after sanding to clear any dust left in the hose. The 3.5m long power tool hose features a quick connection fitting with compatible adaptors for direct connection to the sanders. The sander's rear body dust ports rotate through 360° to allow free movement of the sanders without kinking of the dust hose. 

Brushless Random, Palm & Delta Orbital Sanders
The sanders deliver maximum operator comfort, low vibration values (3.07 m/s²) and low noise (80 dB LpA). Ergonomically designed, the lightweight, low profile bodies allow the sanders to be used for long periods without fatigue, whether operated flat, vertically or overhead. Supplied with both 150mm and 125mm backing pads, the random orbital sander runs in a 5.0mm orbit, providing a high material removal rate whilst yielding consistent surface finishes in a range of applications. The palm orbital sander is supplied with an 81mm x 133mm backing pad and the delta orbital sander is supplied with a 100mm x 152mm backing pad, both running in a 3.0mm orbit. Both palm and delta sanders are designed for fine sanding and finishing applications, reaching into tight corners and hard-to-reach areas such as windows, doors and frames.

The 350W high performance brushless motors maintain constant speed, even under heavy load, ensuring a consistent material removal rate and finish quality throughout. The soft start motors with electronic brake gradually and safely build up speed and stop instantly. The motors operate between a 4,000 to 10,000rpm range, with the paddle levers allowing careful control of the speed between 4,000rpm and the current max rpm, set using the + and - buttons and LED indicators.

M Class Dust Extractor with Auto Start and Auto Filter Cleaning - 40 Litre
This M class dust extractor combines consistently high suction power, auto filter cleaning and auto start functionality, ensuring a safer, dust-free work environment. Health and safety compliant for on-site use, an audible and visual alarm will advise you when the suction rate has dropped to an unsafe level. A variable air-flow control knob adjusts the suction to suit all surfaces, up to a maximum air flow rate of 216 m³/hr.

With a sleek, ergonomic design, the extractor is easily manoeuvrable and offers ample on-board storage for hoses and attachments. A generous 40 litre drum capacity allows you to work for longer, reducing downtime emptying the machine. The soft grip trolley handle folds down when not in use, and the extractor can be locked in place using the brake-operated non-marring castors. A grounding chain beneath the unit prevents the accumulation of static charge inside the dust collector and hoses. Includes filter bag, HEPA filter, flexible vacuum hose, flexible power tool hose and telescopic tube with floor brush, round brush and small crevice attachments. Suitable for wet or dry extraction.

The extractor should not be operated for more than 20 minutes continuously. After 20 minutes of continuous operation, turn off the unit and allow a 15 minute resting period before next use. Clean the body, filter and dust bag after use. ©
