This guide rail allows for the making of cuts and grooves with impressive precision. The guide rail can be used as a straight edge guide, by running your circular saw or router against the edge of the guide, or it can be used in conjunction with the optional saw and router bases which mount onto the main track of the rail, allowing for the fitting of all leading power tool brands.

The rail measures 1400mm in length and is manufactured from extruded aluminium that has been case-hardened to prevent bowing and has a special coating to ensure extra-smooth running. Embedded in the face of the rail are four full lengths of phenolic plate to minimise friction and allow for ultra-controlled movement. On the underside of the rail are two full lengths of a hard-wearing, cushioned polymer, for gripping smooth materials, whilst protecting the work surface from damage.

The 165mm wide rail is extremely stable in use and can be rigidly clamped to any worksurface with the optional spring-steel rail clamps. Two rails can be seamlessly joined to make a 2800mm guide rail using the optional connector bar kit. Stop blocks are also available to ensure precise cuts to length.
