HVLP Paint Sprayer with Adjustable Pressure and Trolley
The Rutlands® HVLP (high volume, low pressure) paint sprayer with adjustable pressure and trolley delivers smooth, even coverage in a fraction of the time compared to traditional brush and roller application. Whether tackling indoor or outdoor projects, the sprayer allows for all popular coatings to be sprayed, including stains, lacquers, varnishes, polyurethane and primers, as well as latex, acrylic and water or oil-based paints, such as emulsion.
A high volume of fluid is sprayed at a low pressure, providing up to 90% less overspray compared to a conventional spray system. Fine control over the output pressure allows the sprayer to use the minimum pressure necessary to atomise the paint, further increasing transfer efficiency, meaning more paint lands exactly where it’s needed, reducing costs even more. On smaller-scale projects, the pressure can be dialled down to ensure detailed surfaces are coated without being overwhelmed by excess paint. Adjustable pressure also allows the sprayer to be used with a wider range of materials, such as thicker enamels and varnishes (up to a maximum viscosity of 200 DIN-s).
Operating at a flow rate of 1000ml per minute, the sprayer delivers high-volume painting, ideal for projects such as fences, furniture, and walls. The 2.5mm nozzle can be adjusted to provide 3 spray patterns - vertical, horizontal and circular, and the spray width lever allows careful adjustment of the resulting fan width. A trigged-mounted flow control knob regulates the flow of paint, for matching to the finish type to achieve perfect atomisation. The telescopic trolley handle and wheels ensure excellent mobility, and the body features a spray gun holder with wraparound storage for the 3m air hose.
To check your coating is suitable prior to spraying, simply immerse the supplied viscosity cup into your chosen finish and time in seconds how long it takes for the material to stop flowing. This ‘runout time’ (DIN-s) can be checked against the supplied thinning table and the finish manufacturer’s guidance. Supplied with a viscosity measuring cup, cleaning needle and brush, 3m air hose, 900ml paint container and a 2.5mm nozzle. ©
