This set of 2 extendable mitre saw fences with flip stops extends your existing left and right hand mitre saw fences, providing additional workpiece support for precision cuts of up to 2000mm in length. Whether upgrading a built-in mitre saw station or a more mobile mitre saw stand, this fence kit will make the cutting of long boards to length both fast and accurate. 

Constructed from heavy gauge aluminium extrusion, each fence is checked for accuracy to ensure squareness to the mitre saw blade over its entire length. The main fences measure 1000mm long by 70mm high for the stable support of vertical boards and mouldings, and feature 6.5mm T track on the front and top faces. The extendable fences measures 780mm long by 27mm tall and feature end stops for instant workpiece alignment. Atop both fences are easy to read laser-etched metric scales, beginning at 280mm to continue from your existing mitre saw fence and be zeroed to the saw blade kerf. The scale on the fence extensions reads in reverse, with the cut length clearly identified where the two fences meet. 

The unique dual flip stop design maximises usability, allowing each stop to reach the very ends of the fences, utilising their full lengths. The dual flip stops cover the full height of the fences to support even the thinnest workpieces and sit tightly against the main fences to ensure that the sharp corners of mitered workpieces will not slip behind. Scale pointers for each stop provide fast, pinpoint positioning at the required length of cut. 

The fences are supplied with a complete hardware installation kit, including mounting brackets and fixing screws. The mounting brackets are screwed to the worktable and allow for fine lateral adjustment of the fences positions whilst remaining in perfect square alignment to the saw.
