Multi-Angle T Rule - 510mm
The Rutlands® multi-angle T rule is an indispensable tool for marking, measuring and a multitude of other layout applications. Providing a full 360° range of movement, simply rotate the rule to the desired angle, lock in place using the large locking knob, butt the flat reference face up against the edge of the workpiece and scribe a line. Clear, laser etched graduations are provided for every degree, with larger graduations every 5° and degree numbers given every 10°. A scale pointer within the centre of the protractor provides quick and easy identification of the required angle.
The rule reads up to 510mm on both edges, allowing you to mark right up the edge of a workpiece on both the left and right hand side. Tapered edges on both sides position the scale markings closer to the work surface, reducing parallax error for the highest level of accuracy. Within the middle recess of the rule is a series of marking holes placed at 5mm increments, used for drawing straight and parallel lines from the edge of the workpiece. The large reference face of the edge guide measures 300mm wide by 12mm deep, providing excellent registration to sit securely against the workpiece.
The large locking knob can quickly be removed and the rule then used independently as a standard straight rule. Rule and protractor are precision CNC machined from aluminium with a durable, scratch-resistant anodised finish. ©
