The Rutlands® paint remover is a fast and efficient renovation tool, rapidly stripping paint, varnish and other finishes from any wooden surface; including stairs, doors, windows and furniture. Work up to 70% quicker than conventional methods, in a safer, more environmentally friendly manner, without the need for caustic paint strippers or heat guns. 

The 710W high torque motor ensures consistent material removal, even under heavy loads. The die-cast aluminium gear housing ensures optimum heat dissipation and enhanced durability, for reliable, long-lasting performance. The motor drives an 80mm diameter cutting block, featuring 2 tungsten carbide blades on the bottom face and 2 on the sides. The carbide blades slice cleanly to leave a smooth, flat surface requiring minimal final finishing. Each blade can be rotated once an edge has worn, providing maximum service life.

The bottom depth of cut can be set up to a maximum of 0.3mm, removing thick, built-up layers of paint in an instant. The side depth of cut is 0.15mm, suitable for cleaning up corners and rebates, with three protective flaps allowing you to select exactly which sides are exposed. 

Designed for comfort and control, the paint remover features a low vibration design, along with an ergonomic front handle and lock-on switch for continuous operation. A removable dust port allows direct connection to dust extractors, keeping dust and debris under control. ©
