Compatible with all Rutlands® floor-standing router tables (phenolic laminate, solid phenolic and cast iron). Not compatible with Rutlands® bench router tables.

This sliding carriage provides the highest level of accuracy when coping and cross-cutting end grain to produce precise, perfect fitting joints that can be repeated time and time again. The carriage mounts to the rear of an existing fence which ensures that the sliding carriage is always in line with your fence, allowing you to re-adjust the position on your fence, whilst ensuring the sliding rail remains 100% parallel. The body of the carriage is precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium alloy , which is light enough to easily manoeuvre, whilst offering incredible strength and rigidity.

The mitre gauge sits on a polished steel bar that provides an effortlessly smooth rail to glide along, giving you maximum precision and control as you guide your workpiece over the router bit. The rail features a 455mm of travel, giving you the freedom to make long passes on wide stock. With 90° of movement, the mitre gauge can be set at 45° in both directions and features a clear two directional angle guide marked in 5° increments. Each adjustment clearly and audibly clicks into position, allowing you to securely lock using the large knurled handle.

Attached to the mitre gauge is a 75mm high, 300mm long phenolic laminated fence with a top mounted T track for use with feather boards and hold downs jigs. When not required the body of the mitre gauge flips neatly over the rail and out of the way of the table, giving you back complete access to your work surface. ©
