These are the only precision rules to have been designed with features and benefits that are specific to woodworking, they are the straightest, heaviest, and flattest rules available. Each side of the rules has a 30° bevelled edge that allows you to make your pencil mark next to your required graduation without parallax error. The rules feature two scales, a standard scale and a centre scale, the centre scale can be used to quickly find the centre of stock. There is a small central recess down the whole length of the base to ensure there is minimal contact with your workpiece to guarantee they sit perfectly flat. Two grooves down the centre of the tops of the rules seat your fingers perfectly so you can effortlessly move the rules into place.

The rules have been precision CNC machined from a single piece of aircraft grade aluminium and the 1mm graduations are laser etched for complete accuracy. This material is used for its stability and the fact that it will remain true once it has been machined, as it keeps to extremely tight tolerances. The graduations are crisp and clear and can be read easily without straining your eyes. The rules have been beautifully finished by an electrochemical process called anodisation which increases its resistance to corrosion and wear while also making it very aesthetically pleasing.
