Wall & Floor Mount Dust Extractor - 870m³/h Airflow
This dust collector contains a wall mounting bracket and mobile floor stand allowing the collector to be hung on a wall or used in a horizontal position, providing quick and easy mobilisation around the workshop or outside. The powerful dust collector can be connected to a stand-alone machine or can be connected to a 100mm dust system.
The 750W induction motor produces a low level of noise at 78 dB, similar to that of a woodturning lathe, whilst generating a highly impressive air flow of 870 m3/h. This airflow is a measurement of average air flow rather than a peak air flow, that other manufacturers may detail. The 100mm inlet diameter combined with the airflow is more than sufficient to handle the majority of waste produced in the workshop by circular saws, bandsaws, spindle moulders, router tables, planers and woodturning lathes. The main body of the dust collector is made from heavy gauge sheet steel and all of the welds are smoothly finished to prevent sharp edges. The impellor is made from steel to handle large chippings in addition to coarse and fine dust.
The 60 litre fleece collection bag has a filtration level of 30 micron. The NVR switch is conveniently positioned on the front face of the motor for quick and easy access if you need to switch the motor off in the event of a hose blockage. The wall mount bracket should be located a minimum of 1.2m from the workshop floor to allow for the collection bag to hang free.
The mobile floor stand is manufactured from thick steel pressings, epoxy powder coated in the same hard-wearing, chip resistant finish as the dust collector for a seamless appearance once installed. Four 360° swivel castors provide smooth, unrestricted movement across the workshop floor and feature hard-wearing, non-marring 50mm polyurethane wheels. The stand maintains easy access to the dust collector's grab handle, allowing the unit to be pulled around the workshop in a controlled manner. The stand is not recommended for use with the Fine Filter Cartridge due to the added asymmetrical load. Supplied with a wall mount bracket, mobile floor stand, fleece collection bag and a dust hose clip. Dust hose is not supplied. ©
