This kit combines an exceptional 15 gauge angle finish nailer with a silent running, oil-free 4 litre compressor, specifically designed for nailing operations. It also features 10 metres of highly flexible, non-marring air hose and all necessary quick connection fittings.

Angle Finish Nailer 15 Gauge - 32mm to 64mm
This 15 gauge pneumatic angle finish nailer is designed for second fix joinery, finish carpentry and the installation of door and window frames, internal and external cladding, tongue and groove flooring, or any other task near walls or tight areas in which a straight nailer would struggle. Designed for manoeuvrability, the magazine is offset by 34°, allowing the nailer to be titled backwards and the nose to get tight up against walls or corners without the front of the nailer hitting the workpiece.

The nailer drives 1.8mm diameter finish nails from 32mm to 64mm in length, providing superior grip & holding power over 16g nails, whilst still minimising wood splitting. Developed to meet the demands of professionals, the nailer features a high durability heat-treated firing pin, engineered to deliver consistent, long-lasting performance, reducing both downtime and maintenance.

The bottom-loading magazine provides quick and easy loading of up to 100 nails. Select between either full sequential firing for precision, single shot nailing, or switch to contact or ‘bump’ firing when rapid fastening is required. The double trigger mechanism ensures operator safety, preventing against accidental firing during use. Depth adjustment is made tool-free, for near-instant switching between flush or countersunk firing. The quick release nose mechanism allows for fast access and nail removal in the event of a jam. The rear mounted exhaust can be rotated through 360° to direct air away from both the operator and the workpiece.

Ergonomically designed, the nailer combines robust build quality with a lightweight aluminium die-cast housing, resulting an in overall weight of only 1.8kg for reduced operator fatigue. The precision machined piston assembly provides smooth, kick-back free firing and a vibration emission level of only 2.9m/s2. The non-slip comfort grip ensures superior control and access within tight spaces, and the no-mar nose pad features sight lines for precise nail placement. Supplied in a blow-moulded carry case, with tool oil, belt hook and spare no-mar nose pad.

Silent Oil-Free Compressor - 4 Litre
The Rutlands® silent oil-free compressor has been specifically designed for use with nail guns. With its class leading 59 dB rating, it is ultra-quiet allowing for a comfortable working environment in the workshop or on site. The 750W brushless motor is maintenance free and offers minimal levels of vibration, delivering up to 55 litres of air per minute, from 0 to 9 bar pressure.

The compressor features two pressure gauges, one to measure the pressure in the tank and the other to measure the output pressure going to the tool. Auto re-start technology ensures that the tank is automatically refilled with air to ensure that the output bar pressure to the tool remains constant during use. To adjust the output pressure, you simply rotate the control dial to suit the tool in hand. The pressure release valve allows for air to be removed from the tank when not in use to prevent moisture. Compact in design, with a footprint of 365mm x 380mm, this compressor can comfortably be carried with one hand and its wrap around frame protects the 4 litre tank from damage in transit.

Air Hose with Quick Connectors
The 10 metre flexi-hose is manufactured from a blend of polymer that has no spool memory, so it will not recoil and lies flat in use. It is extremely strong and highly resistant to splitting and abrasion and remains flexible even in very cold temperatures. Its highly visible colour is easy to spot minimising trip risks, and its flexibility allows for it to smoothly run around corners without snagging. The outer coating of the flexi hose has a no mar coating to prevent unsightly marking of surfaces such as walls and floors.
