Headless Pinner 23 Gauge - 12mm to 35mm
The 23 gauge pneumatic headless pinner delivers near-invisible results, ideal for fixing decorative trim, fine mouldings, glazing beads or general intricate joinery. The pinner drives 0.6mm diameter headless pins, from 12mm to 35mm in length, eliminating the risk of splitting even the thinnest materials. Developed to meet the demands of professionals, the pinner features a high durability heat-treated firing pin, engineered to ensure consistent, long-lasting performance, reducing both downtime and maintenance.

The side-loading magazine automatically adjusts for the pin length, providing quick and easy loading of up to 120 pins. The double trigger mechanism ensures operator safety, preventing against accidental firing during use. Depth adjustment is made tool-free, for near-instant switching between flush or countersunk firing. Dry fire lockout stops the pinner from firing when the magazine is empty, preventing damage to both the tool and the workpiece. The rear mounted exhaust conveniently directs air away from both the operator and the workpiece.

Ergonomically designed, the pinner combines robust build quality with a lightweight aluminium die-cast housing, resulting an in overall weight of only 0.8kg for reduced operator fatigue. The precision machined piston assembly provides smooth, kick-back free firing and a vibration emission level of only 1.91m/s2. The non-slip comfort grip, along with the slender nose design, ensures superior control and access within tight spaces, with the no-mar nose pad preventing surface damage. Supplied in a blow-moulded carry case with tool oil, belt hook and spare no-mar nose pad.

Silent Brushless Cordless 20V Compressor - 6 Litre
The Rutlands® cordless compressor has been specifically designed for use with nail guns and in tests delivered up to 1500 x 32mm nail shots on a full charge, with a run time of approximately 30 minutes. With its class leading 59 dB rating, it is ultra-quiet allowing for a comfortable working environment in the workshop or on site. The 2 x 20V, 4Ah li-ion batteries power a 400W brushless motor which is maintenance free and offers minimal levels of vibration.

The compressor delivers up to 50 litres of air per minute, from 0 to 8 bar pressure and features two pressure gauges, one to measure the pressure in the 6 litre tank and the other to measure the output pressure going to the tool. Auto re-start technology ensures that the tank is automatically refilled with air to ensure that the output bar pressure to the tool remains constant during use. To adjust the output pressure, you simply rotate the control dial to suit the tool in hand. The pressure release valve allows for air to be removed from the tank when not in use to prevent moisture. Compact in design and weighing only 13kg, the compressor has a footprint of 375mm x 365mm allowing it to be carried comfortably with one hand. The 10 metre flexi-hose is manufactured from a blend of polymer that has no spool memory, so it will not recoil and lies flat in use. It is extremely strong and highly resistant to splitting and abrasion and remains flexible even in very cold temperatures. Its highly visible colour is easy to spot minimising trip risks, and its flexibility allows for it to smoothly run around corners without snagging. The outer coating of the flexi hose has a no mar coating to prevent unsightly marking of surfaces such as walls and floors.
