This kit combines an exceptional 18 gauge finish nailer with a brushless cordless 20V low-noise compressor, specifically designed for nailing operations. It also features 10 metres of highly flexible, non-marring air hose and all necessary quick connection fittings.
Finish Nailer 18 Gauge - 15mm to 50mm
This 18 gauge pneumatic finish nailer is designed for cabinet and drawer construction, panelling, applying decorative moulding, casing and trim or other fine detail work. The nailer drives 1.2mm diameter nails, from 15mm to 50mm in length, with the fine heads displacing minimal material for driving tight up to an edge without splitting the wood. Developed to meet the demands of professionals, the nailer features a high durability heat-treated firing pin, engineered to ensure consistent, long-lasting performance, reducing both downtime and maintenance.
The side-loading magazine provides quick and easy loading of up to 110 nails. Select between either full sequential firing for precision, single shot nailing, or switch to contact or ‘bump’ firing when rapid fastening is required. The double trigger mechanism ensures operator safety, preventing against accidental firing during use. Depth adjustment is made tool-free, for near-instant switching between flush or countersunk firing. The quick release nose mechanism allows for fast access and nail removal in the event of a jam. The rear mounted exhaust can be rotated through 360° to direct air away from both the operator and the workpiece.
Ergonomically designed, the nailer combines robust build quality with a lightweight aluminium die-cast housing, resulting an in overall weight of only 1.39kg for reduced operator fatigue. The precision machined piston assembly provides smooth, kick-back free firing and a vibration emission level of only 1.9m/s2. The non-slip comfort grip, along with the slender nose design, ensures superior control and access within tight spaces, with the no-mar nose pad preventing surface damage. Supplied in a blow-moulded carry case, with tool oil, belt hook and spare no-mar nose pad.
Silent Brushless Cordless 20V Compressor - 6 Litre
The Rutlands® cordless compressor has been specifically designed for use with nail guns and in tests delivered up to 1500 x 32mm nail shots on a full charge, with a run time of approximately 30 minutes. With its class leading 59 dB rating, it is ultra-quiet allowing for a comfortable working environment in the workshop or on site. The 2 x 20V, 4Ah li-ion batteries power a 400W brushless motor which is maintenance free and offers minimal levels of vibration.
The compressor delivers up to 50 litres of air per minute, from 0 to 8 bar pressure and features two pressure gauges, one to measure the pressure in the 6 litre tank and the other to measure the output pressure going to the tool. Auto re-start technology ensures that the tank is automatically refilled with air to ensure that the output bar pressure to the tool remains constant during use. To adjust the output pressure, you simply rotate the control dial to suit the tool in hand. The pressure release valve allows for air to be removed from the tank when not in use to prevent moisture. Compact in design and weighing only 13kg, the compressor has a footprint of 375mm x 365mm allowing it to be carried comfortably with one hand. Supplied with 2 x 20V, 4Ah batteries and a 70 minute quick charger.

The 10 metre flexi-hose is manufactured from a blend of polymer that has no spool memory, so it will not recoil and lies flat in use. It is extremely strong and highly resistant to splitting and abrasion and remains flexible even in very cold temperatures. Its highly visible colour is easy to spot minimising trip risks, and its flexibility allows for it to smoothly run around corners without snagging. The outer coating of the flexi hose has a no mar coating to prevent unsightly marking of surfaces such as walls and floors. The hose is supplied with two female quick connectors and two male plugs, allowing for the secure press fit connections to other pneumatic tools. ©
